Rising from a wreath of the colors, Or and Azure, a demi-lion rampant affront Sable grasping a scimitar Or grip Gules.

Shield
The shield commemorates the unit's baptism of fire and World War II service. The gold fleur-de-lis on a blue field represents service in France while the castle refers to service in Germany and other areas of Central Europe. The fusils, suggesting the Finance Corps insignia of branch, on the gold bend are symbolic of the Battalion's five campaigns and represent unbroken service. The fusils are red to indicate service under fire.
Crest
The demi-lion grasping a scimitar denotes the unit's service in Southwest Asia.
The coat of arms was approved on 11 March 1993. It was amended to correct the blazon on 5 June 2003.
